Writers Not Writing Tag

I saw this tag on Jessica Rachow’s blog (You can see her answers here) and decided to do it too, since I am rapidly running out of things to write about here. Now without further ado:

Writers not Writing

Do you have a day job?

Unfortunately, no. I’m trying to get one, but it’s not working out as well as I hoped.

Are you a reader?

Of course, I’m a reader! You can’t be a writer without being a reader first.

What are your other hobbies?

I’m a swimmer and a surfer.

Tea or coffee?

I’m going to have to go with tea. I like coffee, but I drink a lot more tea than coffee.

Do you have any pets?

Yes, I have dog. Her name is Kate after a dog in one of my favorite book series (The Epic Order of the Seven) and she’s adorable.

Yes, I’m obsessed with my dog and she had a photoshoot in a festive bandana on Easter.

What was your dream job as a child/when you were younger?

There were a lot, but I think the very first one was a construction worker. Like Bob the Builder.

If you could live anywhere else in the world, where would it be?

Probably Southern California. It’s got nice surf, and it doesn’t get as cold as it does over here in South Carolina.

Do you speak foreign languages?

Not really. I’ve already forgotten most of the High School Spanish course I took for the last two years.

What music would we find in your collection?

What music wouldn’t you find in my collection would be a quicker answer, but here we go. I listen to pretty much anything from really happy electronic dance music to slow, sad songwriter stuff. From country to alt rock to christian worship. Basically, the only thing I don’t listen to is rap/hip-hop.

All right, that’s it for this post y’all. If you liked what you saw, please consider liking, commenting, and/or subscribing. I’m not tagging anybody, so if you want to do it, feel free.

Come back later for a book review of Cliché by Allison Rose and Aerin S. Grey, which I had the privilege of advance reading.
